Auto shows has a long history, old as cars. The Los Angeles Auto show started in 1907 and in 2011 more than 920,000 people attended the show. The Southern California is home to four auto shows a year. Many new models debut at Los Angeles as well as other auto shows worldwide. Not only cars, you may be surprised to see famous cartoon characters and others at an auto show. Here are some tips to get the best out of an auto show.
- Arrive early better yet visit on a weekday to beat the crowds. Avoid crowded weekends if possible.
- Get hold of a map of the exhibition hall. This will help you to navigate the floor area and see all that you are interested in seeing.
- Spend as much time as possible covering the entire display.
- Talk to people running each booth and get as much as possible information out of them. More specifically those vehicles and models that you are interested.
- If you are shopping for a vehicle to buy, keep an open mind. Visits the booths that you are not interested in. You may be surprised what you uncover at an auto show. Car makers uncover their latest models at auto shows.
