Honda throws whole effort towards 2009 car
Ross Brawn stated recently that they still believe that they can progress up the championship ladder even though the suspension fitted to the car at the Hungarian Grand Prix was the last major development for the year. He believes that minor tweaks can provide a sizeable performance gain.
While all this might be true, the one thing that we can read between the lines is that just past the halfway mark of the season, Honda have now all but confirmed that even the few resources left to the 2008 programme have now been allocated to the 2009 car and might very well be the first team to do so (with the possibility of Force India).
